Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Hireovate Ltd is committed to making hireovate.com accessible to as many people as possible, including users who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, integrated into how we design, build, and publish our website and the reports we produce for clients.

2. Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and to the European harmonised standard EN 301 549, which incorporates WCAG 2.1 AA for digital services.

At the date of this statement, hireovate.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve known issues.

3. Accessibility features in place

The following measures are currently implemented across hireovate.com:

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading hierarchy
• Sufficient colour contrast between foreground text and background
• Keyboard navigation across primary navigation and forms
• Descriptive alternative text for content-bearing images
• Resizable text without loss of content or function
• Form fields with clear labels and validation messaging
• A responsive layout for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following areas may not yet be fully accessible:

• Third-party embedded components (including form widgets and any embedded video) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA
• Some downloadable PDF reports produced before 1 May 2026 may have limited tagging or imperfect reading order
• Decorative animations may not always offer a reduced-motion alternative for users with prefers-reduced-motion settings enabled

These limitations are tracked and prioritised within our development cycle.

5. PDF reports and downloadable documents

A meaningful share of Hireovate's output is delivered as PDF including our Market Scan Report, Career Offensive deliverables, and Executive Command outputs. For these documents we aim to provide selectable, machine-readable text, a logical reading order, and plain-language summaries of any complex tables or visuals.

If you require a PDF report in an alternative format for example, a tagged accessible PDF, a Microsoft Word version, plain text, or large print - please contact us using the details in Section 8. We aim to provide an alternative format within 10 working days where reasonably possible.

6. Compatibility

hireovate.com is designed to be compatible with:

• Current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop
• iOS Safari and Android Chrome on mobile
• Screen readers including NVDA and JAWS on Windows, and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS

The site is not designed to be used with browsers more than three major versions behind current release.

7. Technical specifications

Accessibility on hireovate.com relies on the following technologies, used in combination with the browser and any assistive technology installed on the user's device:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (used progressively, with core content remaining accessible where reasonably possible)
• WAI-ARIA where required for dynamic components

9. Enforcement procedure

In Ireland, the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) was transposed into Irish law by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023 (S.I. No. 636 of 2023), which came into force on 28 June 2025.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), which is the designated market surveillance authority in Ireland for services within the scope of the Regulations, including e-commerce and related digital services. The National Disability Authority (NDA) advises the CCPC and other Irish regulators on the application of these requirements.

For users accessing the site from the United Kingdom, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can provide guidance on rights under the UK Equality Act 2010.
