Hireovate provides career transition support, market intelligence, candidate positioning, job search strategy, AI-enabled research support, and practical guidance for individuals and organisations.

Hireovate is not a recruitment agency acting to place candidates into specific roles. We support individuals in understanding the market, improving positioning, identifying relevant opportunities, and navigating transition more effectively.

2. Our services

  • LinkedIn and CV guidance.
  • Outreach and referral strategy.

  • AI-enabled job search planning.

  • Employer-sponsored transition support.

The exact scope of services will depend on the package, proposal, statement of work, or written agreement agreed with you or your sponsoring organisation.

3. No guarantee of employment

Hireovate does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, employment, promotions, compensation increases, or introductions.

Our work is designed to improve clarity, positioning, market understanding, and job search execution. Final hiring decisions are made by employers and other third parties.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Review any documents, outreach messages, or materials before using them.
  • Make your own decisions about roles, employers, compensation, relocation, and career moves.
  • Use our materials responsibly and lawfully.
  • Not misrepresent your experience, qualifications, identity, or work history.
  • Not use Hireovate materials for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.

5. Use of AI-enabled tools

Hireovate may use AI-enabled tools to support research, drafting, analysis, and planning.

AI tools can be useful, but they may produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or imperfect outputs. Any AI-assisted material should be reviewed before use.

Hireovate does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every situation.

6. Professional guidance

Hireovate provides career, market, and transition guidance. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, psychological, or regulated professional advice.

You should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions involving contracts, employment law, immigration, tax, equity, pensions, compensation, settlement agreements, or other regulated matters.

7. Employer-sponsored programmes

Where an employer or organisation sponsors your access to Hireovate, we may provide them with limited usage, participation, or programme-level information.

We do not provide detailed private coaching notes or sensitive personal information to a sponsoring employer unless you have agreed, or unless required by law.

8. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, refunds, cancellations, and service periods will be set out in the relevant proposal, order form, invoice, website checkout, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance.

9. Intellectual property

All Hireovate materials, frameworks, reports, templates, guides, prompts, playbooks, website content, and service materials are owned by Hireovate or its licensors.

You may use materials provided to you for your own personal career transition or internal business use, depending on the service purchased.

You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, repackage, or commercially exploit Hireovate materials without written permission.

10. Third-party links and information

Hireovate may reference third-party websites, job boards, company pages, market data, salary sources, LinkedIn profiles, tools, or public information.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hireovate is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-opportunity damages.

This includes loss of employment opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of business, reputational harm, or decisions made based on Hireovate materials or guidance.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Changes to services or terms

We may update our website, services, packages, pricing, or these Terms from time to time.

The version published on our website will apply from the effective date shown above.

13. Governing law

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
