We help senior professionals navigate the AI economy by uncovering hidden opportunities and mapping smarter routes into their next role.
Built by a former executive recruiting leader with 25+ years across Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, HubSpot, Apollo and high-growth tech — combining elite search methods, investor market intelligence and AI-enabled research.
Most candidates search the visible market.
Hireovate helps you access the hidden one.
For Professionals
I'm in transition.
Market scans, hidden-role intelligence, positioning, and a recruiter-grade execution plan — built by someone who knows how senior hiring really works.
For Companies
We're managing workforce transition.
One day. Three AI agents. Every departing employee leaves with a working job search system — not a generic portal login or passive resource pack.
What Hireovate actually does
in one minute.
Career Intelligence
The legacy outplacement model was designed for a world where job markets moved slowly, hiring was human-led from end to end, and a polished CV was enough to get you into the room. That world no longer exists.
Today, AI is reshaping every stage of the hiring process — from how companies source and screen candidates to how they assess, shortlist, and decide. Career transition support needs to reflect that reality.
Hireovate represents a new category: Career Intelligence. We combine real-time market data, AI-powered research and positioning tools, and the domain expertise of a 25-year executive recruitment career — someone who has hired at the companies your candidates want to work for, who has been made redundant and led reductions, and who understands both sides of the table.
Whether you are an individual navigating a career pivot or a company managing workforce transition at scale, the approach is the same: replace passive support with active intelligence, and give people a system they can execute — not a portal they'll forget.

Tailored Transition
Pathways.
Career transitions are rarely linear. A senior leader exploring a move to a smaller company may also be weighing a board advisory portfolio. A technologist considering public sector impact may simultaneously be evaluating fractional consulting. The reality is that most professionals in transition are navigating two or three of these pathways at once — testing assumptions, narrowing options, and looking for the signal that tells them where they belong next.
That complexity is not a problem to solve. It is the problem we were built for.
Our advisory is structured around seven distinct transition archetypes. Each represents a pattern we see repeatedly in the senior professionals we work with. Your Market Scan, strategy calls, and execution plan are shaped by whichever pathways apply to you — because the best career intelligence doesn't force you into a single lane. It maps the territory and helps you choose.
Same Job Type
For professionals who know exactly what they do and want to keep doing it — but in a stronger position. You are not pivoting. You are competing in a market that has changed around you, and you need updated positioning, AI fluency, and a search strategy built for how hiring actually works today. This is about sharpening the blade, not changing direction.
Often driven by: A desire for better compensation, escaping a toxic culture, or an unexpected layoff where the goal is a rapid, strategic return to familiar territory.
Strategic Career Pivot
Translating domain knowledge into a compelling narrative for high-growth adjacent roles within the same sector. We help you map your existing expertise to new titles, bridge the gap in perception, and position your lateral move as a deliberate, high-value transition.
Often driven by: Hitting a growth ceiling in your current function, or recognizing that an adjacent role offers stronger long-term equity and leverage.
Full Career Reinvention
Architecting a total professional identity shift, mapping skills directly into an entirely new target sector. We rebuild your professional narrative from the ground up, proving your value to decision-makers who don't yet speak your language.
Often driven by: Industry burnout, a profound shift in personal priorities, or the realization that your legacy sector is permanently contracting.
Contract & Advisory
Shifting away from full-time employment into a portfolio of fractional or advisory roles and Board seats. We help you package your accumulated expertise into discrete, marketable advisory offerings and target the founders and boards who need them.
Often driven by: A desire for autonomy, a recent liquidity event, or a conscious uncoupling from the 60-hour corporate grind.
Entrepreneurial Launchpad
For leaders ready to exit corporate life and position their expertise to successfully launch their own venture. We provide the market intelligence and strategic framing to help you transition from employee to founder with confidence and clarity.
Often driven by: Spotting an unserved market need during your corporate tenure, or finally securing the financial runway to build on your own terms.
Leadership Ascent
Crafting the strategic narrative and executive presence required to secure a step-up into the C-Suite. This pathway focuses heavily on stakeholder mapping, executive-level interview preparation, and demonstrating readiness for enterprise-wide impact.
Often driven by: Being passed over internally, or recognizing that your current organization cannot accommodate your ambition for the top table.
Public & Mission-Driven Transition
For experienced professionals drawn toward roles where impact is measured in policy, public outcomes, or societal change rather than revenue. This pathway covers moves into government, semi-state bodies, regulatory agencies, NGOs, international organisations, healthcare, education, and mission-driven enterprises.
Whether navigating PAS/publicjobs.ie in Ireland, Civil Service Jobs in the UK, or USAJobs, we help translate commercial leadership experience into the specific language, networks, and rigorous application processes these jurisdictions require — because the skills transfer, but the playbook does not.
Often driven by: A fundamental desire for legacy-building impact and public service over commercial scale and revenue targets.
Most people sit across two or three.
Most of the professionals we work with are exploring multiple pathways simultaneously. Your Market Scan is built around all of them.
"A recent client — a VP of Engineering with 18 years in SaaS — explored pathways across Same Role, Public Sector, and Contract & Advisory before committing to a firm direction after their second Market Scan."
Built by experience,
driven by empathy.
"Hireovate was built to remove the uncertainty from career transitions. We pair the empathy of having been there with the precision of modern AI."

What leaders say about the Market Scan.
"I've worked inside companies that spend tens of thousands on executive search intelligence — I wasn't expecting an individual service to deliver at that level. The Market Scan ranked over 50 companies against my profile, flagged which ones were actively hiring, and showed me compensation benchmarks drawn from current market data rather than outdated salary surveys. It also identified decision-makers at my top targets by name, which meant I could start warm outreach within days rather than weeks. It's the kind of clarity you don't realise you're missing until someone builds it for you."
"I've been through outplacement before and was underwhelmed — generic career portals, recycled advice, nothing built around my actual market. The Market Scan was a completely different experience. It ranked and tiered target companies by realistic fit, separated the aspirational from the accessible, and weighted geography properly — something most career tools get wrong. The hidden market targets section surfaced companies I'd never considered, the compensation benchmarking gave me real numbers I could use in live conversations, and the execution plan laid out exactly who to contact, how to reach them, and in what order. After the first report, I gave detailed feedback and Declan iterated within days — the revised version was materially stronger. The quality and personalization were significantly stronger than anything I've seen from traditional career transition support."
"When you've spent years at LinkedIn and Dell, you think you have a decent read on the job market. You know people, you know the landscape, you know how hiring works.
Then you get a Market Scan showing exactly what you were missing.
Hireovate came back with scored target companies across three tiers, live compensation benchmarks, named decision-makers, and outreach templates written specifically for my background. But the section that genuinely shifted my approach was the one on the hidden market. Companies not posting anything yet, but where the signals, funding, leadership changes, and team expansion make a senior sales hire in the next six months almost certain. That's where the real edge is, and I wouldn't have found it without this.
It wasn't just the depth of the research. It was the specificity, all of it woven into the targeting logic, the tier scoring, and the outreach templates. This wasn't a generic report with my name-dropped in. It was built around me.
If you're a senior leader in Ireland or EMEA thinking about your next move, this is not a nice-to-have; it's a significant head start, and very much a must-have from a career transition support mechanism"
"I've experienced outplacement first-hand and it didn't come close to this. The standard offering — workshops, CV templates, a portal nobody logs into after week two — left me more frustrated than supported. The Market Scan delivered a ranked list of companies genuinely aligned to my background, mapped the key people I'd need to reach at each one, and gave me a structured two-week action plan with specific outreach steps rather than vague advice to 'network more.' It also connected my experience to roles and sectors I hadn't considered, which completely shifted how I was thinking about my search. This is what career transition support should actually look like."
"As a senior sales leader with over 20 years across LinkedIn and Forrester, I assumed my own network gave me strong market visibility. The Market Scan proved me wrong. It scored and ranked over 50 target companies, identified hiring signals I had no visibility on — funding rounds, leadership changes, team expansions — and surfaced roles at companies I hadn't connected to my profile. The compensation benchmarking was based on live market data, not generic bands, which gave me real leverage in conversations. It's recruiter-grade intelligence built for the candidate, and I haven't seen anyone else do it this way."
Market Scan
The Market Scan is a recruiter-grade intelligence report built around your specific profile, experience, and target market. Executive search firms build this exact intelligence at the start of every retained engagement, typically charging €5,000 to €15,000 for the market mapping alone. We build it directly for you at a fraction of the cost.
Every Market Scan is structured around 14 intelligence sections including a scored and ranked target company list, real-time compensation benchmarks drawn from current hiring activity, live and recently closed roles mapped to your profile, hiring signal analysis across your target market, and a focused execution plan designed to generate momentum within the first two weeks.
You also receive an optional 30-minute strategy call to walk through the findings, pressure-test your assumptions, and agree on immediate next steps.

A practical one-day programme that equips transitioning employees with AI tools, career intelligence, and a structured job search plan — so they land faster and your employer brand stays intact.
Outplacement hasn't kept up.
Most transition support still looks the way it did in 2015. Generic CV workshops. Group sessions on “networking.” A portal login that nobody uses after week two.
Meanwhile, the job market has fundamentally changed. AI is embedded in how companies screen, assess, and hire. Candidates who can’t use modern tools are falling behind — not because they lack experience, but because they lack fluency.
Your departing employees don’t need motivation talks. They need practical skills, working tools, and a system they can execute from day one.
One day. Three AI agents.
A complete job search system.
The Hireovate AI Career Readiness Sprint is a facilitated, hands-on workshop for groups of professionals navigating career transition. Delivered in person or remotely, it compresses weeks of fragmented preparation into a single, structured day.
Participants don’t just learn about AI — they build with it using enterprise-grade LLMs including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. By 4:30 pm, every person in the room has three working AI career agents, an improved CV, a stronger LinkedIn profile, a company research dossier, interview preparation, and a personal action plan with deadlines.
This is not a lecture. It is not a webinar. It is five hours of guided, practical work with a facilitator who has spent 25 years hiring at the companies your people want to work for.
What every participant leaves with.
Personal Career Coach Agent
An AI assistant pre-loaded with their CV, target roles, and career context — persistent across every conversation. Like having a recruiter on call 24/7.
Company Research Agent
A reusable prompt that produces a structured company dossier in 90 seconds. Run it five times a week — 25 dossiers in a month.
Mock Interview Agent
An AI interviewer that asks realistic questions, waits for answers, gives honest feedback, and scores each response out of 10.
Improved CV & LinkedIn
A rewritten CV summary aligned to their target role and three LinkedIn headline options — built during the workshop using their own materials.
Interview & Outreach Prep
A company brief, predicted questions, a STAR answer, and a personalised outreach message — for a real target company.
Personal AI Career Action Plan
Target roles, workflows, tools, agents, and 10 specific actions with deadlines. The system that turns today’s energy into next week’s results.
The day at a glance.
In Person
Your office or offsite venue. Facilitator travels to you. Best for cohorts who benefit from shared energy and real-time coaching.
Remote
Delivered live via Zoom or Google Meetings. Same content, same exercises, same facilitator attention. Best for distributed teams or multi-site restructures.
Built for employers who take transition seriously.
Companies managing a restructure
You’re reducing headcount and you want to do it well. The AI Sprint gives departing employees practical tools and genuine career momentum. Your people leave equipped. Your employer brand leaves intact.
HR and People teams
You need transition support that’s modern, practical, and credible. The AI Sprint slots into your existing redundancy programme as a standalone day or a complement to coaching and outplacement.
Outplacement and career transition firms
You have the coaching and emotional support. What you don’t have is a structured AI readiness module. The AI Sprint plugs that gap — white-label it, co-deliver it, or refer your clients to us.
VC and PE portfolio talent teams
When a portfolio company restructures, your reputation travels with the departing employees. The AI Sprint protects that reputation by giving impacted people something genuinely useful.
Led by a recruiter, not a trainer.
The AI Sprint is facilitated by Declan Fitzgerald — founder of Hireovate and a 25-year executive recruitment leader. Declan has hired thousands of professionals across Microsoft, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn, and multiple startups.
He has been made redundant three times and led teams through reductions three times. This programme is delivered by someone who has been on both sides of the table — who knows what hiring managers actually look for, how AI is changing the process, and what separates candidates who land from those who drift.
Everything in one engagement.
- Full-day facilitated workshop (10:00 am – 4:30 pm)
- Digital workbook with all prompts, agent guides, and templates
- Anonymised post-programme feedback summary
- Certificate of completion for each participant (on request)
- Responsible AI guidance aligned to EU AI Act principles
Common questions.
Is there a minimum number of participants required?
Yes, there is a minimum of 5 people required to attend to run an AI Sprint class.
Do participants need any technical background?
No. The programme is designed for non-technical professionals. Everything is taught from scratch, and every tool used is free.
What do participants need to bring?
A laptop or tablet, a copy of their CV (digital), and one job description for a role they’re interested in. Everything else is provided.
Can we run this for multiple cohorts?
Yes. Many employers run the AI Sprint for each wave of a restructure. We offer discounted pricing for repeat bookings — get in touch to discuss.
Can you deliver alongside our existing outplacement provider?
Absolutely. The AI Sprint complements coaching and outplacement by adding a practical AI skills layer that most providers don’t offer. We’re happy to coordinate.
Can you customise for our industry or team?
Yes. For cohorts of 15 or more, we tailor examples, target companies, and exercises to your sector and the seniority level of participants. Customisation is included in the cohort price.
What happens after the AI Sprint?
Participants who want deeper, individualised market intelligence can upgrade to Hireovate’s Market Scan or Transition Advisory services at a preferred rate.
